Pioneering Project Management, LLC is solely-owned and operated by a PMP Certified Project Manager with over 15 years of experience managing small, medium, and large capital projects. Pioneering PM is fully insured, professional, and dedicated to ensuring every customer's highest expectations are met.

Pioneering PM utilizes tried and true Project Management Principles to every project, including the 5 Project Process Groups, especially:

-Initiation

-Planning

-Execution

-Monitoring & Controlling

-Closure

Using these Process Groups to manage your project, Pioneering PM continuously manages your project's "Triple Constraints": Scope, Time, and Cost.  This ensures that your entire project is completed on time and on budget.

Project Initiation

Pioneering Project Management, LLC will meet with you, at your convenience, arriving on-time for the appointment and in a clean and professional attire.  We will provide identification, and proof of insurance at the initial meeting, before assessing your project.  After a full assessment of the project is completed, We will also promptly provide an estimate, initial timeline, and next steps.

Project Planning

Pioneering PM will provide a detailed quote to you, outlining the supplies & materials needs, associated cost, specific access needed to areas of the home or property, and a timeline for execution.  We will review all of the above before beginning any work, in order to ensure both Pioneering PM and the customer agree on the project's Scope, Timeline, and Costs (Triple Constraints).  Any special considerations (utility access, potential tool noise, etc.) will also be disclosed and agreed upon by the customer before work will begin

Project Execution

Pioneering PM will arrive on-time to begin work, providing the necessary supplies (drop cloths, tarps, etc.) to ensure that the customer's home is protected during all phases of installation.  Considerations will be taken for the time of day work will be performed, vehicle parking and access, and end-of-each-day cleanup to ensure minimal disruption to the household or neighbors.

Project Controlling & Monitoring

Pioneering PM will continuously monitor all phases of installation, to ensure continuous communication with the customer, and to ensure any potential challenge or opportunity is addressed as quickly as possible.  One frequent example is when a change is requested by the customer.  Pioneering PM can adapt if a customer would like to upgrade or add a feature to the project, but will insist that these changes be properly documented and agreed to by both parties so that the revised project is completed satisfactorily for everyone.  This helps control the project's "Triple Constraints" (Scope, Time, Cost).

Project Closure

There is an old adage in Project Management: the Last 10% is the Hardest to Get Done.  For home improvement projects, the Last 10% usually means project cleanup and punch-list follow-up items.  Pioneering PM understands that getting the Last 10% done is the most important part of Project Closure.  We are dedicated to completing every follow-up item, punch-list item, and finishing project cleanup.  Project Closure will also include care and maintenance information, provide all necessary project documentation, and a project Invoice.
